Also, as our products are handcrafted items, sourcing materials or producing them at the workshop can take extra time; we will always let you know and respond as needed, even after your purchase.

Returns and defective items /●Handling of defective items If the product is damaged, soiled, or different from what you ordered Although we take the utmost care with product quality, if your item arrives damaged, soiled, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a return or exchange. (In this case, we will cover the shipping cost.)

●Returns for the customer's own reasons For returns due to the customer's own reasons (other than damage or soiling of the product), please contact us within 7 days of arrival. If you return an item for this reason, all shipping costs, transfer fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and other charges will be your responsibility. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

(1) Products for which 8 days or more have passed since delivery
(2) Products the customer has already used
(3) Products soiled or damaged by the customer
